I think I would use the blog in course planning to offer up addenda to the set curriculum. So maybe a place to put optional materials, other thoughts that are not necessarily directly related and also potentially use the blog as a place for the students. Though I have to admit that the wiki is probably more the way I am going to go (I think I have mentioned that in an earlier note).
Could I be missing something here? Is there a reason I should stray toward a blog before a wiki (wiki's offering the potential of a more seamless collaboration/team project setting)? I am interested in other people's thoughts...
